These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern participation in the Handwrytten Affiliate Program ("Program") managed through Tapfiliate. By joining the Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn a 5% referral commission on all qualifying sales made by new Handwrytten customers referred through their unique affiliate link.

A different commission rate may be agreed upon in writing between the Affiliate and Handwrytten.

Commissions are earned for up to one (1) year from the date a referred customer signs up.

If the referred customer has previously used Handwrytten (determined at Handwrytten’s sole discretion), the sale will not qualify for commission.

2. Payout Terms

Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal.

A minimum of $25 in earned commissions is required before payment is issued.

Commissions below this threshold will be held until the minimum is met.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their PayPal account is valid and able to receive payments.

3. Promotion Guidelines

While Handwrytten encourages a wide range of promotional strategies, the following rules must be followed:

• No spamming (including unsolicited emails or posting affiliate links in unrelated forums or social media threads).
• No false or misleading claims about Handwrytten's products or services.
• Affiliates may not impersonate Handwrytten or represent themselves as employees or agents of Handwrytten.
• Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and FTC guidelines related to affiliate marketing.

Cookie Tracking

Referrals are tracked using cookies placed by Tapfiliate.

The standard cookie window is 90 days.

If a referred user clears their cookies or signs up after the cookie window has expired, the sale may not be attributed to the Affiliate.

5. Disqualification & Termination

• Handwrytten reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time, without notice, for any of the following reasons:
• Violating any of the terms in this Agreement.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Attempting to game the commission system (e.g., self-referrals, use of fake email addresses).
• Inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content associated with the affiliate link.
• Actions deemed damaging to the Handwrytten brand or reputation.
• Accounts may also be removed for prolonged inactivity or zero referrals over an extended period.

6. Modifications

Handwrytten reserves the right to update or change these Terms of Service, including commission rates and eligibility rules, at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any major changes via email or within their Tapfiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Handwrytten is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue or profits) arising from participation in this Program. Participation is at the Affiliate’s own risk.
